Today I offer you a little recipe, simple to make and delicious !! This terrine is eaten hot or cold. It will be perfect for dinner or to accompany your picnics. This recipe comes from Manue's blog "Hum, it smells good" recipe that you can find here.
Ingredients:
- 500 g carrots
- 2 large eggs
- 100 ml thick cream
- 1 teaspoon of cornflour
- 100 g of Feta
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon shaved of mild curry
Preparation:
- Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Peel the garlic and squeeze it.
- Place carrots in a pot of boiling salted water and cook until soft.
- Then mix the carrots with the garlic, the cream, the eggs, the maïzena and the curry.
- Crumble the Feta and add it to the mixture.
- Pour the dough into a silicone cake pan, or buttered and floured if it is not.
- Place in a preheat oven and cook for 45 minutes at 160 °.
